My strong suspicion is that atleast half of the current 4000+ Future Soldiers waiting to ship will be either kicked out, or they will withdraw and leave the program themselves due to the delays.

Well done Obama Administration, only you could have screwed up a perfectly well executed program so badly. All just because you wanted to garner those votes in 2016 elections. %$#$
