NewsFlash! USCIS Clarifies Eligibility for Automatic EAD Extension

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has released a fact sheet related to the automatic extension of certain employment authorization documents (EADs) pursuant to the recently implemented regulation on high-skilled workers.
