Should Prevailing wage rate need to match after switching to Employer B?

Employer A PWR 81k to 96k ani file chesaadu 4-5yrs before labor lo.

Ippudu FT teeskundamanukuntunna with Employer B.

 

To get labor done, I-140 approval and priority date porting - should this employer B need to file labor for less than 96k too? or 100k+ kuda file cheyyocha?

 

If less than 96k aithe mandatory aithe,  future lo 100k/130k minimum limit rule oste buiscuit kada?!

Please help bhaiyyas?

Not necessarily equal but depends on current market assam
