Tijuana h1b stamping courier location

Hi ,

i tried to select courier location for passport pickup while scheduling appointment but apparently it is 20 hrs away . Could some one tell me which one should I be selecting as Tijuana is not in list . ASC and consulate are 10 Kms away but same state ani I picked the courier location which is 20 hrs away . Could we pick up passport from consulate instead of picking at courier location ? Please help !!

I have been there a few months back...doesn't matter what location you select, mandatory ga consulate lone pick cheskovali passpoprt the next day..its only for formality you select the location during the application process.
