Depends on when you eat the rice. You can eat some white/brown rice as post workout carbs provided your workout is intense enough.

rice nenu chhala thakkuva thinat bro...hardly 50 grams....but sunday vasthe chaalu bhayya chicken and rice dhobhbi thinesthunna.....madhyalo oka sari grilled chicken thini dhobbuthunna

hi man if you are overweight and want to reduce body fat, then rule 1 - stop eating rice and wheat (roti), eat lettuce and slads.. no sugary products like coffee ,tea or coke or anything.. no fired food..

 

so eat salads  and protein (grilled chiken, not fried or curry, grilled chicken tinu)

 

next excericse, do 3o burpees, 30 pushups and run 2 km in the morning and 2 km in the evening. on weekend run 5 km  do 40 burpess, 40 pushps and 3 minute planking.

 

ila chesthe nuvvu 6 months lo 20 kgs taggutavu.
