mee too in same situation. in fact chaala mandi unnaru ide situation lo.

if pay is good and new FT employer is wiiling to start immediate GC then its suggestible to jump to FT. (we can port I140 PD)

FT salaries are too good in current job market. good base salary plus stock options + joining bonus + yearly bonus

Better wait for new rules and move.. Porting Labor and I140 may not be that easy now.. The employers might be hit with a lot of new rules in PERM recruitment.. Wait till how things move forward..If you are in a safe contract with a good employer then don't move.. Also don't trust FT employers they will drop you in an hour if some rules get passed..

Project extensions ki tension, EHOne ext ki tension Adayyaka site visits ani kotha tension inni tensions paddaka kuda oka sick day ledhu pto ledhu, health insurance ki high premiums anni chusukuntey salary FT key ekkuva vasthundhani feeling

primarily project and EHOne exts tho tension, next project same place lo vasthadhi raadha rakapothey amendments, moving with family so much burden (so far ala kaledhu same place lone vunna) kani ee tensions tho manashanthi lekunda pothundhi

Depends on many factors man...

Cureent mestri tho unte...its good for you filing extensions , amendments and stamping time and with gc process stays same...bench time between jobs depends on luck and your technology....high billing rate chances untai... no layoff situation....location mana istham for projects...

With fte...no bench time...good pay...immigration depends on company hr....fte layoff cesthe panic situation...

New rules vachi...6 months to 1 year varaku evarki emi telidhu...until 2017 end....or so...

And everybody has unique scenarios...so depends on what do you want and need exactly ?
