Nuvvu mestri tho or fte aa. Andaru ela manage chesthunnaru long term contracts multi years vuntey okay. Ala leni vallu families tho ela manage chesthunnaru asalu. Natho start ayina chaala mandhi either FTE theesukunnaru or else they are with mestri with same contract running 5/6 years. Very few i know that I can count of changing contracts under mestri.
