What is your HDL to LDL ratio?

Do strength training. Eat Fish or Fish capsules. Oily foods maneseyi.. go high protein and low carb diet with medium fats. Carbs lo only complex carbs tesko that too at night. 3 months lo taggutundi. just border high lo undi kabatti its not that late..try to improve HDL.
