Maybe they didn't win elections, but became successful in dividing people based on race, color and religion, I think that would be a staggering fuel for  next elections. By any means that fire will not  be extinguished and  those scars will not heal soon .Several nasty agitations, racial slurs, deaths and fiery protests will follow as a result of extremism.

absolutely!

It's only temporary breathing space for liberals to come up with better policies, that serve the majority.

Otherwise its only a matter of time before those, who advise people to cut their nose to spite their face, appear as a better alternative to the majority.

Its not time to rejoice at all.

But its still very high for that kind of candidate in France. a significant percent of voters on the far left voted for her.

she can only grow from here. She'll most likely win the presidency next time.
