hi, i am in a bit criticial situation.......nadi eh okati extension deny ayyindi.......initial ga rfe vesaru......a taruvatha rfe ki response ichaka deny ayyindi......deny enduku ayyindi annadi inka teleedu........naa eh okati ext client a tho file chesaru........ippudu client a daggara naadi project ipoyindi 1 mth back.......naaku inko client b daggara project vachindi........naa documents kuda submit chesanu for client b amendment.......naa current visa is valid till june 29th.......so naa question enti ante can my employer file new extension with this client b, because naa visa validity inka expire kaledhu and valida visa undi kabatti........

I think u can apply again with client b  . Ltt for other suggestions.

denied reason teliyakunda no one can suggest you anything.

got rfe because of employee-employer relationship.....rfe ki reply icharu maa employer......ivala case status alert vachindi, petition got denied ani........this is so frustrating......

is primary reason for r-f-e employee-employer relationship? Its very rare since I heard they ask for docs on employee-employer relationship for all r-f-e but primary reason would missing cl1ent letter or W0, Or PO ...kani ur employer should provide as much info as posssible since u joined...like W2. Pay Stubs. Tax, Appreciation letters, Joining Letter, Org Chart previous info as much as p0ssible...

Since you still have time, file a new h1 with a different mestri with the new client's letter. Don't waste anymore time.

Recent gaa colleague ki elane ayyindhi. rejected H1B  aftyer RFE.

 

Employer and Vendor Relationship contract edho 9 pages untundhi anta.. RFE ki respond avuthu employer first 2 pages ee imp ani pampincharu. USCIS rejected, saying full documents levu ani.

MOU open chesaka 5months ki Approved. So need not to worry. Appati varaku VISA status ela handle cheyyalo chuskondi.

I'm guessing the reason is your old project ended. You can't submit new client letter for the petition you filed with the previous client letter.  You should have withdrawn the petition and filed a new one with the new client letter. Best of luck.

ikkada naa case lo client a tho file extn deny ayyindi, client a daggara project ipoyindi......already client b tho project confirm ayyindi......ippudu same employer tho cleint b tho extn cheyyacha because i 94 inka valid undi kabatti.......i am asking the same ques to the attorney....

Oh..I misunderstood then. Rfe paddappudu project aipondani new client letter submit chesav ankunna.

You can happily file a new petition with new client letter, either with the same mestri or a presh one
