There are certain spices in Indian foods that are very healthy, like Turmeric, black pepper(not limited to Indian food alone), ginger garlic both are very healthy as well however the problem with our food is that the veggies are often times cooked too long which kills the nutritional enzymes in the veggies and our diet consists of excessive carbs to begin with. There is a test to check if u got it from parents . 10k $ a test. If it is hereditary same treatment to sugar levels control kuda kavu valla treatment different.
