What's the correlation between eating sweets/sugars and cheese/butter. Neither cheese nor butter have high sugars, so why cut down on those? Btw, plenty of bodybuilders take whey protein on a daily basis which is a by product of the cheese separation process.

and what are you trying to say those body builders are healthy as F.

Sweet sugars to patu avoid cheese and butter ani cheppanu. Btw no doctor suggests eatng cheese and butter while u have high LDL. At least normal levels vache varaku u should stop eating ani cheptadu. There  could be contro but it all depends on person who want to risk his health vs theories.

Especially Bp/heart disease to Cholestrol unte Butter cheese totally stop ani cheptaru with very low in take of oils.

First thing he can do is to switch to an Alkaline based diet, eating veggies and fruits(fruits are overrated when it comes to health as plenty of them have simple sugars btw) isn't sufficient by itself. It's the manner they are eaten which matters more, for example deep frying veggies like potatoes(starchy vegetables) in Canola or some crappy Vegetable Oil(full of GMOs and very little on unsaturated/saturated fats) isn't going to help anyone.

agreed but if its your only source of sugars that is okay coz they are giving you micro nutrients as well, and the way you eat is also imp. say eating oranges is better than drinking freshly squeezed OJ

@3$%@3$%Yes because doctors have no vested interest in keeping their patients on cholesterol reducing pills and other such shitt for their own benefits and to keep the wall street industry happy.

What's normal and what's abnormal? There's no direct correlation between a higher level of cholesterol and a higher incidence of atherosclerosis. Also, your average doctor is not a nutritionist.

balanced diet of protein, carbs and fat.

saturated fats ni avoid chestu mono and poly unaturated fats tinali.

sugars ni complete ga avoid cheyali ( sugar ki cholesterol ki em sambandam ani adagaku neti sugar ee repati fat deposit ani @Don_Draper ankul cheppamannadu)

fat ni avoid cheste cholesterol level taggadu and cholesterol is not something which is bad.

cholesterol is the basic building block of the cell wall. so aa notion ni teseyandii that cholesterol is bad.

but anything beyond certain levels is bad. simply water ekkuva tagali ani antaru but too much of water daily leads to heavy toll on kidneys and also results in dilution and  PH changes in blood

Body creates cholesterol if you don't provide through diet. Similarly if provided by diet it doesn't create. Balance is what body aims for. Animal Saturated fats are good for body.  The ratio of omega 3 and 6 should be 1:1 ideally.  TS needs to cut down shitty oils in his food and go with animal saturated fats. Cholesterol is also cleared from list of heart ailments. Our 20 years of cholesterol life was a lie. Cholesterol is primary precursor of steroid hormone. If anyone doesn't understand the terminology pls Google the words. Try to find the meaning of cholesterol word and connect dots.

Most of those sugars are simple fructose molecules so I agree it's better than consuming sucrose based foods. However, freshly squeezed OJ is anything but fresh with all the extra added sugars and preservatives.

Berries >>> fruits like orange anyday. Esp berries that are lower in glycemic index like Cranberries.

FDA has been parroting this lie for 3 decades now and made a monster out of cholesterol. The results are clear for everyone to see, obesity, type II diabetes, atherosclerosis all have multipled in number ever since FDA decided to come up with a biased and wall street friendly version of what needs to be consumed.

Which is why it's better for everyone to study as much as they can upon these subjects and make their own observations, try various methods on their own bodies as each system is different when it comes to synthesizing fats and proteins than to blindly stick to what some white coat parrots.

Cardiologist doesn't equal a nutritionist. A cardiologist is not the know all bible when it comes to nutritional science which is why it's important for people to study about nutrition and how the definition of what is best for nutrition has been twisted by the medical community to suit it's masters pulling the strings on wall street.

If you have no choice but to listen to some white coat without making your own investigation(and that doesn't necessarily mean google search), then you deserve to keep living at the mercy of the white coat who will undoubtedly feed you a diet of pills and capsules for the rest of your life.
