but I got irritated because he used to advise me on relations. tells me that I don't give people the respect they deserve. as if he gives them.

Students gaa OPT lo unnapudu or fresh jobs (<3 yrs of work exp)... we can agree that... Student loans/family finances/min security (atleast oka 20 laks) lekundaa.. people think it's not worthy as their career also imp.. 

but observed few ppl -- both h1s with kids -- did not visit india for >10 yrs (even tho their parents are sick/suffering)..... these guys are worst example for indian culture/human values... The reason they give is house loan/kids --- risky stamping india etc.....       seen 2 colleagues and currently  one such person workin in my office... gods must be crazy... I feel pity for their kids for teaching such a morals... 

ps: they ask parents to vsiit them.... not sure whether to judge them or it's valid argument...

some people have financial constraits dude...I know a friend who have to pay 3 cr debt (family business loss)... so he didnot go to India for 7 years...
