Naaku sciatic nerve pain vastundhi back and upper thigh and glutes area lo..Any suggestions appreciated..Stretches chesthe bagani vuntundhii and driving appudu ibbandhi avtundhi if is more than 30 mins..Xray loo emi ledhu annaru..pain mattaku on and off ga vundhi for 4 weeks..
