bro dont keep u r purse in back pocket while driving or sitting (uneven balance will lead to nerve compression and pain)

if u can afford use a car like tahoe or anything which offers u a good height to sit as pressure on back or nerves decreases

stop sitting in couch as wen u get up u stress out your back, so use a chair or stool like bar chairs where in u sit at higher level and can get off the chair with out much stress on your back

IF you think your weight is a concern.. definitely weight tagge prayathnam cheyyi..try to strengthen your muscles.. konni simple physiotherapy exercises tho okkosari Sciatica pain relieve avvachu.. dont lift weights suddenly.. asalu weights etthadam maaneyyi konni roojulu.. dont take stairs.. but walk more if you can
