tennisluvr Posted July 30, 2017 Report Posted July 30, 2017 H4 EAD got raped from day 1 because they put a provision that an H4 EAD holder doesn't need an employer, plus has no minimum wage requirement. Those are the two things that broke H4 EAD, if they put a minimum wage requirement and that H4 EAD needs to have a sponsor we wouldn't have seen H4 EAD billing rates on par with strawberry picking.
