He is a good administrator and we should appreciate his efforts in encouraging IT entrepreneurs like Satyam and developing infrastructure.

But recent times I believe he is loosing confidence and not firm in decision making ( ex: Telangana issue)

1994 hyderabad has situations like patna ,bhuvaneshvar, bhopal, jaipur, ahmadabad , lucknow
it is developed from 1994 only
if software developed alot in india why not in kolkatta

maama KOLKATA is also in quite gud shape compared to HYD .......kolkata lo lots of  human resources are availabe from long long time
