breaks emi levu, aa cheat foods unnai kada ave save chesai. had to do as the weight is causing sleepind disorder to me. I have to lose 20 more to get better. 

break lo regular diet ki vella, still Intermittent fasting chesthunna.

okasari ni daily diet plan by meals veyyi bro, like two days ki with different options..

2 meals per day. 

lunch Scramble eggs with salad - dinner grounded turkey in tortillo with mayo, sour cream, cheese, lettuce

lunch - turkey  - dinner eggs and salad or mutton keema

good luck from now...nenu almost 30 pounds lost in 90 days but after that I just gave up and gained 40 pounds...

dedication undali macha....next 180-250 days is very important ikadaa weekly 3 times full plate biryani tinavaaa matashaaa.... you have to have accountable of each and every gram carb you take....
