daily 1hr workout chey, bayata food manesi, intlo food tinadam start chey...

US lo doctors entha sepu they will go by books and rules,, they give damn to your emotions ..

so better to stop eating food outside, and do 1 hr workout every day,, eat less oil,spicy foods...

kudirthe every week oka 6 times $exx chey soft ga.. ekkuva foreplay chey , you get better results..

..ala 1 month chey ani set avuthayi..

Nenu same boat lo unna... but inka doc daggariki poledu... usual ga costco or walmart lo free test untai kada akkada oka 2 times check chesukunna 138/78 140/85 ala untundi... doc daggariki povali... naadi mostly food valla ayi undachu... week ki 4days physical activity untadi everyday 2hrs Volleyball aadatha... but still no control...
