Enterprise car flat tire during rental time

Yes.. did u call road side assistance when it happened? If so he will replace with extra tire with which u can drive up to 50 miles, within this time u should go to nearest airport n drop car..no cost for u.. I still don't understand y u went to firestone.

The car does not have a spare tire 

I called roadside assistance ,  spoke to person where I rent he said firestone

then why are you even asking who will bear the cost if you have your own insurance?  Talk to your insurance and see where it goes.  I had a similar issue but i was unlucky since my insurance didn't cover my rental car
