H1b ante skilled temporary visa kada man. You cant mix GC and H1B together to complain abt country cap %.

this is usually a problem with bots kids because they usually come with grown up kids but MS candidates usually get married after they come here and make kids so it is not a problem for MS batch as long as there is citizenship by birth in US
