i-94 expired. What r options?

Scenerio 1:

Can I apply for a eh1 with consularprocessing from different employer ( mostly prime vendor) before i know the result of my extension. 

adhi approve avvuthundha irrespective of my ext status.

why can't you submit an email from client saying we can't provide letter due to policies ani..

yes u can apply . i94 expire iyi 6 mnths daatuthae it would be a problem ..nuv consular proc pettaka poina , if they come to know u r out of status by looking at ur i94 they approve it with consular proc
