Category 1: Investor visa... Many of them come with investor visa ..20 years back if you can invest 30 lakhs to 40 lakhs you will get gc.

 

Category 2: they apply gc and wait for 20  to 30 years and move here with kids. Kids grow up as abcds. Almost every gujju applied for gc 20 30 years ago. If their kids are below 21 they get gc too

Category 3: family sponsored gc.

 

Category 4: they come on visitor Visa..work illegaly by overstaying 10 to 15 years ..do all danda....save money and go back.  But they will have kids in USA only and they become citizens.. there are many DACA Punjabi and gujju kids.
