140 EAD ni alage champesaru ga chala mandi kalisi. Compelling circumstances annaru. So far only 9 people got that EAD.

It's just not for future but also that were approved in the past. So that;s the biggest worry.

U can watch gsiskind's power point in twitter.. He explained in around 12-14 slides.

 

1 -USCIS announced today it will no longer stand behind earlier decisions and could deny cases previously approved. The effects could be bad

what is the basis for reopening the cases and does USCIS have the manpower to go over all the approved cases. Siskind is just spreading fear

Yeah, that's right, but what he has been saying is mostly true.  Now it's every day tension for us, but I think it will be mostly those that have L1 wages. But I think there will be very less chance for it..but definitely for future extensions. I guess they want to create fear for H1B abusers.
