I dont believe in retirement, prime time lo kukka chaakiri chesi 2-4c property ni enjoy cheyakunda old age ochaka benz koni thiruguthu em use, em cheyakunda ah 2-4c ni fd cheskuna prime age lo enjoy cheyochu with tense free life

Idhi 100% agreed, unna money and property tho enjoy cheyyali....vatini alage Chesi, 50's vachaka enjoy chesina em untadi.......i still understand lot of ppl ki crores of properties unna, us lo h1 meeda kuli panulu chesukuntu untaru kani India poyi calls properties ni enduku enjoy chesukoro....

I have seen few enjoying here, they dont care about any savings, lavish ga bathukutharu as they have properties in india

kani most of them try to save money lead regular life, always look after their spendings, antha property undhi india lo, inka vellu save chesi em chestaro ardham kadu, veellu enjoy cheyaru, may be their next generation will enjoy

anduke they didn't do soft finshing man...no lappam..no fall ceiling...no teak...no costly colors.....bath room lo kuda no costly things...kitchen lo just oka cement platform lantidi...so nothing costly that go waste...demand unna place lo okadu pote inkokadu...vadu wothout notice vacate chestey advance amount hush phatak...vallu vacata chesinaka...1 month rental amount tho malli same restore cheseyochu almost

Consistent income kavali ante you have to lease it out to a bank/automobile showrooms/food marts/branded stores..

outside prime areas antha fast ga raru new tenants ma mama ki ilanti property ee undi hyd outskirts lo. oka boys hostel odu 3 years unnadu after that no one comes consistently and it is a headache to manage the tenants off and on.
