Agreed.  But life will be also tough for them with getting h1's approved with such low salaries.

But also USCIS can only reject max 20-30% applications. They cant reject all. not possible technically. So they will apply more and more in future.

Even if they are not be able to pass this bill legally they will surely  implement this in indirect way.

Delaying GC wait times , more RFE's , denials etc. So not good times for H1B in future. Especially for H1B Dependent employers.

1 yr increments ayithey vasthai. Attorneys ki pandaga. They cannot make us self deport. Housing market is mostly full of h1b and there will be a lot of foreclosures and short sales.
