vaalla logic entante so called H1B visa is a Temporary Work Visa …if guys with 140 approved will have to wait for 70 Years (EB3 current wait times)then that is not a temp visa.

deeniki solution is to make approve HR 392 that has 302 cosponsors ( more than 2/3 of the house)
