already rule lo clear ga undi kada....

6 years tarvata .. one 3 year extensions and after that based on PR processing stage 1 yr extension ani... so 9 years tarvata ASSAM can be possible without any law... its just USCIS denying extensions ... which can happen without much rule making or lobbying...
