why are pk characters so arrogant and has that much balupu?

Come on bro the son in Bahubali becomes a king at the end. Lets not go discuss abt one movie. I do agree that people are more receptive to upper middle class or rich characters. I dont believe caste plays any role in movies.

I almost agree.. but there are exceptions... audience do watch and appreciate Tamil movies... where heroes are mostly backward socially or economically... lot of those movies are watched and appreciated by a section of Telugu audiences who like these regular Telugu movies too..! I think audience don't care or think much about socialism... it all depends on their state of mind and situations at the time... !

thats what i said too. perhaps lower class have stopped watching movies, sticking to tv serials, and movies on tv.

also writers are clueless beyond their middle class bubble. even if they want to they cant write authentic exciting stories about a humble worker.

only if there are writers from all classes working in movies, is it possible. it wont happen until mediocre writers like 3v are held in great respect

i already talked about it. tamil industry has a swarm of writers from rural and urban poor background. thats why they write those stories.

they actually have a lot of angst against the uppercaste and the rich. telugu audience probably identifies.with that angst, but dont have such writers in telugu, for reasons i dont know
