Only time it is risk free is when you give it finance for large scale business like cotton business.. cold storage etc.

They need bulk.amount of money and banks won't give them in single payment . They are relaible and make sure you enquire about business properly.

you can do legally, but you can expect more than 21% interest.

but nuvvu vera vidanga manage chesukovalin in books if you want more interest.

used car and bike finance is also good option.

In india my parents told me that my neighbor is asking for interest they own a finance company 

they are asking for one rupee 25 paisa interest minimum one year term 

i heard there is some legal issues lately for loaning money 

so want to clarify
