Hopefully they consider Merit based, at least this will speed up lot of things. But if they touch this, they have to redo entire GC EB numbers legislation and I doubt they have any vested interest to do such reform.

Looks like more damage happening, DJ increasing the pressure to accept his plan and trash everyone else.. I think there is no positive sign of hope in this. If there are no changes, it is even more alarming for all of us. We hope we get some clear idea whether we can stay or leave but leaving things as is makes thing even worse.

Even DHS is not supporting bipartisan bill. They think it will put lot of illegal immigration by allowing chain and DV, this means dems bill won't even get 20 votes at this rate.
