malli same cheppaku ra babu. already nenu paina cheppina. dalits lo only 2% of those who took reservation had mom/dad as graduates in the past 10yrs in TN. its a govt released report.

2% oka 20% anna kaani. appudu artham untundi creamy layer gurinchi maatladithey. at the moment, only 2% of dalits are going to lose their seats because of 'creamy layer'. nothing to talk about there.
