Staff andariki kalipi 30k avutundi anta salaries ki per month. So boys home & girls home ki 3-4 ppl staff anukunna takkuve kada mama salary. 

Volunteers andaru pay tesukokundane valla free time lo service chestharu anukunta.

1 driver for pick and drop kids to school

  cook and maid need to get paid. Adhi voluntary antey consistency undadhu and responsibilty lack untundhi kabatti they need to be paid. I am covering those costs every month personally
