My situation: Ma employer company ( it's true company in Oregon) hired me to do a project ( 4 year project ) at Washington ( pedha company). None of the employees in Oregon wanna go to Washington ( as they r settled in Oregon). So they hired me in 2016 ( from Washington)

 I filed for h1b brother and all at once stem rules change ayyayi. This job is very good one and client cheppadu Jan lo full time chesta ( 2019). As h1b is pending , I cannot change employers brother . Also lawyer wait cheye, employer change ayithe u might have higher chances of h1b denial . You need to have approved h1b  with two paystubs at least to change employer antunadu.

I am just praying to God brother , stuck.ayyepoyi vuna. opt 2019 Feb varake vundi. Okay job try chesa, takkuva time vundi ga visa and they said no

So OPT meeda full time jobs through CTS, TCS, Wipro, Infy are f4cked. DSOs approve cheste at least edo oka mestri ni vetukkovachu.. So far DSOs from only two universities are causing problems majority of the DSOs are approving. But things can change in a month.
