lukaku isnt a top player but your man utd bias kicked in there... england were definitely hyped for the fact that they had the best young core plus they topped their qualification group without losing a match...

odds are set based on recent performances, form, opponents ... not hype... hype tho em raadhu everyone knows hype means nothing... when your opponents are stronger than you, then obviously you will have lower odds to win.... germany, spain, brasil were all better than england when they entered the tournament.... no one knows what happens on matchday but they were more of a favourites than england so no wonder england has lower odds... stupid window licker lmao
