Some positive/good news for people who are waiting in a long never ending queue for getting their Green cards- Bill
HR392 has been added as an amendment to 2019
DHS appropriation & info bill. Last time, HR 392 was added to DACA/Goodlatte bill but unfortunately it didn’t see the light. This time, this bill has got lot of support from lawmakers  and DHS appropriation bill along with HR392 amendment should pass and become law within a very short period of time. So what this basically means for people waiting in long GC queue is (with I140 approved):
1) there will be no country limit for issuing GC.
2) 85% of 140K GC, per year, will used to clear the long queue/backlogs (India/China) immediately.
3) USCIs will process the GC applications on first come first serve basis.
4) PD will become current for most years for EB2/EB3.
5) this bill is expected to pass by July end, in next few days, and within a month after President signs it, it will become law.

Finger crossed. Hope we (GC backlog community) all will have something big to celebrate by next weekend.

Yes bro..they planning to roll out gc’s to everyone currently residing at us and also in plans to roll out to ppl at India day dreaming of US..Like Aadhar cards at India

We will abuse the system even more if this is approved. Americans are smart enough to know this. Thanks to Indian governments policies, US does not see India favorably so they are tightening the screws. They will tighten it even more. This bill passing is just a dream.

DHS Appropriation Bill last year kuda fail aindi...e sari100% fail avutundi because of Wall..still HR392 provision varaku approve cheyachu but chala takkuva chances because of time frame. Yoder positive effect untundi anukuntuntunnadu kani negative vastundi..it won’t be a surprise if he loses in November because if this provision
