Power of attorney ki consulate vellali 

it should state exact need for the power attorney and get attested by consulate then your dad has to sign and get attested by a registrar or attorney in India to be able to use. 

I did got power of attorney once but never used it, job was done without it.

consulate avasaram ledu. local bank nundi teesukovachcu notarization. then they will do stamps attastation in registrar office.

ask the bank guy. he will send you the form. fill it and notarize it with local bank. post it to india via ups. they will take care rest.

ask him 'power of attorney' form. he will send it. he will explain you in detail on how to fill it also. they will also ask you to send some signed empty checks. so send them also along with this form. refer below link for more details.

THEY WILL SEND YOU THE DOCS VIA E-MAIL YOU NEED TO FILL IT--> NOTARIZE  --> POST VIA UPS
