If your insurance supports, go directly to a physio and get it checked. They will give you few sessions to work on. Practise those, learn movements proper muscle use ,sitting position, standing etc. These pains are not originated at one place, they are interconnected. There is a clocked limit for your body, when it expires the pain is worst to imagine. So prevention is better, this focus you talking about won't help ya if you can't sit and work due to neck and lower back issues. Follow promodoro technique. The suggestion he gave is vital and believe me coming from experienced end. Work might give you temperory accolades, if your body is not properly positioned it will collapse.
