The Original McKenzie Lumbar Roll by OPTP - Low Back Support for Office Chairs and Car Seats

+nbk  pretty solid suggestion @Cool

https://www.amazon.com/Treat-Your-Back-Robin-McKenzie/dp/0959774661

Also Check if your neck is stiff or flexible, shoulder blades tight etc. If your neck is stiff pain may radiate to lumbar. Do neck stretches too.

Start sitting on an Exercise ball.. It really helps..

+nbk, good one, but it depends on work place.

Go to chiropractor to get adjusted , it is better to get adjusted when in beginning of this pain.  Then do regular exercises

+rgv.

Also do shoulder blade squeezes/shoulder shrugs during working hours, every 30 mins move your neck right/left/fwd/bottom and hold for count of 1-5.

any suggestions on tailbone pain?

If your insurance supports, go directly to a physio and get it checked. They will give you few sessions to work on. Practise those, learn movements proper muscle use ,sitting position, standing etc. These pains are not originated at one place, they are interconnected.

Yo! There is a clocked limit for your body, when it expires the pain is worst to imagine. So prevention is better, this focus you talking about won't help ya if you can't sit and work due to neck and lower back issues. Follow promodoro technique. The suggestion he gave is vital and believe me coming from experienced end. Work might give you temperory accolades, if your body is not properly positioned it will collapse. Occupational hazard it is.
