small walk around the room/area is not gonna take long time

ala too much micromanagement unte.. better to look for another job

if you follow 8 hrs at desk self regulated timings, no one is going to question you

if you come at 930 and leave by 5.. obviously there will be micromanagement

not micromanagment but it all counts for your feedback

Job kante health important anukunollu gym lo ne pandukovachu kada why work?

ooke break teeskoni time waste chestaa unte they consider as stealing time from work

antha kaavalante sayantram gym po leda poddune lesi exercise lu chesuko

even chair pakkane standup chesi koda stretch cheyachu.. health kante job is never important

IT creates a sedentary lifestyle, andariki telusu adi..remediate cheyadam lo nothing wrong

yeah, I have learnt it a very hard way..in spite of taking breaks for every 30 mins beside desk.. walking or playing  desk basket ball..

my team was surprised as I was very active and gradually for few months due to deadlines and stress being a lead led me to stick to  my seat10 hours a day

not really a reason that stands... gym evening mornign repndu pootla chesetollu are not 100% healthy and are definitely prone to more problems sitting in the same position for longer time than those who don't do.

looks like you are well trained under witch manager.. either you are living in denial or you are acting as perfectionist or you are already enforcing such crap on others

i said 8 hrs dedicated ga panichesevaadni evadu micro manage cheyaru.. ala cheste vaadu akkada undadu

coming back to your point, no one is expecting him to pay for breaks, anduke the onus is on us to work for 8 hrs exclusding breaks.. ila unnappudu manager gaadu kelikite i wont stay there for too long

alanti manager deggara pani chestunnadu ante..the person may lack self esteem or talent
