I think US also has such submarines. 

same engine aircraft carrier ki pedithe 10 bill aircraft will cost 12-15bill to run as efficient as it is now as the carrier needs to be build with better and lighter materials.

energy efficiency wise also it is not as good as others. It is better for high temp gradients... andhuke they are preferred in submarines and other regions like antartica and attic regions.
