Contractors ki employer contribution kooda undadu and H1 eppudu deny ayithundo teliyadu. ilanti situation lo 401K lo pettadam and avi india nundi withdraw chesukovadam antha easy process ayithe kadu. 401K nundi IRA ki convert chesi edo cheyalata withdraw cheyalante. It’s not like straight money transfer to india by paying 10% penalty. There are lot of formalities. Usa lo 401K and stocks kakunda vere safe un locked investment policies kanabadatledu
