Do HR provide incorrect information?

FT join iyetapudu GC process yepudu start chestaru ante after 1 year ani annaru ... do they mean that after 1 year it could start any time after that meaning couple of year when ever they want ?

written lo yestara ante no annaru .. so do they mean what they say or just position fill cheyadaniki ela cheptara .. 

manager is flexible as i spoke yaa cheyali kadha ani he dropped couple of emails but yepudu kothaga vunna hr ni adigithe well adi kadhu oka team vundhi vallu choosukuntaru yepudu cheyalo ani antundhi ...

after 1 yr annaru ante...ee lopu ah topic kuda discuss cheyyanivvaru....nuvve 1yr ayyaka gurthu cheyyali...chesaka appudu few weeks time theesukoni (budget approvals takes time....manager approve cheyyali + ah paina either Director and/or VP).  mee company Attorney tho first phone call schedule chestharu...and attorney's take good amount of time for reviewing your case. By this time inko 6 months avvochu....then PERM application fill cheyyatam....back and forth corrections, updates etc etc

This is my personal experience.....1st attorney call nundi...PERM applying ki close 10 months theesukunnaru. 

But all the above might happen sooner too like my colleague who joined FT same time as mine. Reason - his H1 6th yr was approaching

1 year iyepoyindhi bro .. maa manager ki almost 2 months taruvatha gurthu chesa ..he said yeah will check ani emails petadu anta tanaku telisina Hr ki. couples of weeks taruvatha malli follow up chesa eamindhi ani as he wen to vacation mean while. yeah hr ni adigithee vere legal dept choosukuntaru soon they might ani anaru ani mail choopinchadu. nenu sare lee chestaremo ani vadilesa. at the same time he shows how i can reach to HR as HRs changed who onboarded  ani adigithe.

sare couple more months iyndhi kadha ani call chesa new hr ki ame chepadam legal team decide chestaru usually couple more years .. yeah nenu info eavaru cheparo naku telidhu but this what strictly we follow and nothing you can do now ani annadhi ..

manager mari politics chestadu ani iyethe anipinchaledhu bro. how badly i need ante yekada pani eami ledhu join iyenapatinuchi .. office ki ravam povadam hardly 1 day work vunte maha yekuva week ki .. 

HR ni adhe annanu my manager is ok and he said he has no issues ani .. ame annadam business vallu decide chesedhi kadhu company legal vallu yepudu cheyali anukuntaro appudu annatu chepindhi .. 

mali manager ni adugudha ma ante work lo manam eam chestuna ani nake question mark ..
