Doing the math is very simple. Market analysis is where you should make a decision.

Worst case - you should be able to rent the place within a short amount of time. 

With condos and townhomes I dont think you build any equity but you see a small portion of the money in your pocket after 5 years. 

Oka 20-30K extra petti Townhome or 2b2b konte it will last for 5 years. If you are not married you can rent a portion of the place and once you get married you can occupy completely. 

Obviously you will look up to someone for suggestions, end of the day its your money and your responsibility. Realtor pressure chestunnadi ani offer pettakoodadu. Ledu bro.. there is lot of variance in price if i got to 2b 2b or town house. The place i am looking is literally walking distance to my work place. 

 

I would save on gas. and worst case if there are repairs interior.. I can handle with contractors to get it done.

 

2 bed 1 bath around 1700 range lo unae rents.. if i lease 2 bed 2 bath it is 2K plus unae rents.. 

area wise there are lot of college going kids.. so i think it will work out for me..
