Oka 10 eggs, each egg around 80 calories that is 800 calories. Two scoops of protein rich whey protein almost 200 calories so 1000 target reached easily. Aa payi oka avocado will take care of the rest.

Egg lo yolk e ekkuva calories untadhi gaa .. each egg lo 50calories ala.. avoid cheyyadam better aa

No no egg em kaadu eat with the yolk, don't worry about cholesterol. Dietary cholesterol doesn't contribute to overall body cholesterol levels, so no worries there.

Protein shake ledhu kani ... 300-400 gms(depends on my hunger) chicken breast ... around 600 calories ... steamed broccoli...

egg whites ... grilled fish/chicken, potatos.. 

night ila theeskuntunna

Adoka method but better method is to buy that Ketone measurement device ammajaan lo undi 50 bugs ki. of course espensive anuko strips are seeper but long term usage ki device best ani vinna for regular ketoers. One time investment.

Substitute potatoes with sweet potatoes(chilakada dumpa) and egg whites with whole eggs.

Yea .. eemadhya Adhe thintunna .. VRK diet lo cheppinavi kuda bane unnayi konni .. like using butter/cocunut oil instead of normal oil
