Thanks for your concern. Naa wife company lo ne day care undi. so she'll go in lunch break everyday to see him. Outside baby sitters are very expensive which at present we cant afford right now.

Btw doctor antadu day care going kids are more immune than home care ones I mean day care ki velladam valla babies ki ippudu daggu, jalubu vachina repodduna immunity peruguthundi antunnadu. is it true? nebulizer la emundadhu...Albuterol ane medicine in liquid form vuntadhi...just relief isthadhi for breathing kids ki...so no worries

but side effects kooda vuntayi (i can't say they are regular but watchable) daily once is enough sarigga pettinchukunte pillalu..usually pillalu bhayapadi sarigga pettinchukoru anduke 2-3 times use cheyyamantaru

its best to buy a humidifier to give some fresh air around the room (respiration ki free ga untadhi) -  good for pregnant women and infants

yes, thats true..India lo ante chuttu pakkal pillalu aunties or intlo vallu chala mandi ettukoni adpistaru..

ikkada intlo only parents and mana garabham valla they dont get exposed to much, so immunity perige chance undadu..

day care or school is better, as they are exposed to multiple people. chinnapude alavatu aite..it will be easy going later when they grow up.

Nebulizer is very common. Maa doc aithe vicks asalu big no antadu. you are giving the medication through nose, there is nothing good that way antadu. Everyone could be diff, but nebulizer creates a saline mist and makes the mucus dense to drive it out. Naaku ardham ayyindi aithe adi. 

Everyone feels vicks is safe because it is advertised the hell out of it and you know the name from childhood, use it in India etc. Anta maatrana adi safe avvadu. Check with your doc, follow them and trust them. micro inspect chesi 10 mandini salaha adigi neeku nachindi cheyyatam correct kaadu.

make sure u clean the humidifier for every 48 hrs of usage...lekapote andulo bacteria develop ayi astham problems vastai..

 

better to grow air cleansing plants indoor in home. than using humidifier.
