the biggest lie ever been told to us is ghee causes heart attacks, its been already proved that good fat can actually help heart

coconut oil and ghee generous ga vadandi.. dont believe the fat free non sense, that applies only to snacks.. not for whole food

our ancient ancestors were not stupid to recommend ghee just by accident, ghee doesn't break down by aging or by temperature

vegetable oil is the as good as a poison can get, its nothing buy soya bean oil.. soya beans are 90% GMO.. even organic soy is contaminated these days

Thousands of years of successful Indian lifestyle is all of a sudden wrong according to some “study” by these westerners. Manam chesedhi antha thappu anestharu because they have their own western agenda. These people eat a lot of fried food on a daily basis and that adds to cholesterol. They also have to keep themselves fit so that they can date girls so they take in all these chemical filled supplements. Vallaku ala suit avochemo kaani, manam ala undamu. We are also genetically very different from them. Valla concepts manaku apply cheyadam endho. Follow one lifestyle. Eat a little less if you are putting weight anthe kaani, everything we do is wrong ante thappu.

Stop believing in that fud.

Any oil is best when consumed raw, they have a smoke point(some have high and some low) and if heated beyond that smoke point you just essentially consuming junk. Hence anything deep fried lose it’s nutrient value

Mana genetics prakaram Indians are prone to heart attack a decade before Westerners. Idhi nenu ekkado chadiva. Western values did not change this. Maybe we were better with coconut oils but we ahve that in genetics
