Creatine in it's natural form is just an amino acid, our body has ~ a gram.. when taken as a dietary supplement can be harmful.. caffeine and other chemicals are mixed in pre workout for pumps and reducing lactic acid (causes tiredness) buildup.

1+1=2    4-2=2 .  bottom line both same a kadha bro..

@Pumpuhaar  is this real nenu work out cheste heart rate jumps to 165 to 200 max during workout 6 to 7 days a week chesta high intensity cardio

our current fitness level determines what a safe heart rate percentage is for you. It's very important to first determine your max heart rate so start by subtracting 220 from your age. So, if you are 40, take 220-40 and your max heart rate is 180. Once you have that number you need to find the zone that you should exercise in by, taking your Heart Rate max times the following percentages.

Zone 1 is for beginners - HRmax x 0.65 to 0.75: If first-time exerciser use HRmax x 0.50 to 0.65

Zone 2 is for healthy active adults - HRmax x 0.80 to 0.85

Zone 3 is to be used by high level athletes or adults approved by a physician - HRmax x 0.86 to 0.90

Subtract your age from 220, and determine your max heart rate. ...200 is too much man unless your age is 20 or 21.

ledu bro.. creatine is no way related to heart.. it's the kidneys that gets effected

its puts pressure on the heart bro... not like directly attacking on the heart internally..
