most of the jobs which H4 people are doing now a days , valla employers dont sponsor H1's . and some are not even h1 speciality jobs. 

they have to search for h1 sponsors again and h1 speciality jobs.

Register for lottery instead sending entire package. Once your application gets picked they will send the actual paperwork, but they also trying to go paperless going forward (not there yet)

Makes sense no point in mailing when application is not picked . Going paperless would be more awesome .
