how did you identify and found solution ?  

i had severe muscle cramps,back pain along with lack of concentration and focus...internist wrote me few blood tests...andulo critical b12,vitamin D deficiency bayatapaddayi

my other blood work lo...hemoglobin was good but the cells which carry oxygen were small and that is due to vitamin B12 deficiency
